The Holy Hour for Life will he held on Thursday, January 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Annually, the Archdiocese of Boston holds Holy Hours for Life in parishes in conjunction with the national observation of a Day of Prayer and Penance. 

The purpose of the Holy Hours is to bring Catholics together in prayerful solidarity for:

• increased respect for the dignity of human life from conception to natural death
• forgiveness and healing for all those wounded by abortion
• peace for those facing death and terminal illness, and
• holiness within the Church to transform the culture
