Rome: 

St. Peter Basilica and Holy Door, Vatican Museums, Major Basilicas, Caravaggio paintings and other churches in Rome, Colosseum and Imperial Rome

Assisi:

Blessed Carlo Acutis Tomb, Basilica and Tomb of St. Francis, Franciscan landmarks (St. Mary of the Angels etc), and Church of St. Clare
